Tough times for some
For others, it’s yet to come
Social distancing is the rule of thumb
So stay at home, don’t be a scum
Look what a virus has done!
Killing people without a gun
Rich or poor, it doesn’t shun
So stay at home, no one’s having fun!
Mother nature has a smile on her face
With people sitting in, she’s reclaiming her space
Introspect, haven’t we done a lot to deface?
So stay at home, kill the virus and leave no trace
I just hope that this is not the end
Just a karmic lesson, so we coexist and blend
Think of our mistakes and mend
But for now, just stay at home, my friend!
